1. Confirm that there is a red blinking light on the top left corner of the remote control when you press a button. If there is not light, either reinsert the remote control batteries properly of change the batteries.

2. Perform a “Hard Reset”, by switching off EMAGINE’s power at the power switch, and switching on the power again. Then restart EMAGINE by using the remote control.

The Wired/Wireless Keyboard is Not Working
1. After plugging in your wired keyboard or the wireless receiver of your wireless keyboard into a USB port on your EMAGINE, switch off EMAGINE and restart it. Keyboards are usually only detected after a restart,
or plugged in before EMAGINE is started.

2. Switch off EMAGINE, plug your wired keyboard or the wireless receiver of your wireless keyboard into another USB port on your EMAGINE and restart EMAGINE.

3. Test your keyboard on another device, for example your computer, to ensure it is working.
