ইন্ডেক্সের উপর MJL এর প্রভাব

মবিল যমুনা লিমিটেড আগামীকাল (০৭-০৩-২০১১) থেকে লেনদেন শুরু হচ্ছে। বাজার পূর্বাভাসে আগামীকাল বাজার ভালো যাবে বলেছিলাম। সাধারণতঃ নতুন কোন আইপিও এলে আমাদের মধ্যে উন্মাদনা দেখা দেয়। কয়েকদিন আগে AIBL 1ST MF বাজারে আসার প্রথম দিনে অভিহিত মূল্যের চেয়ে নিচে লেনদেন হয়, পরের দিন বাজার তেজী থাকায় এ ইউনিটটির দাম ২০ টাকায় পৌঁছে। পরের ৩ দিন দাম কমতে কমতে আবার অভিহিত মূল্যের কাছাকাছি চলে আসে। যা হোক, এমজেএল এর কিছু উপাত্ত নিচে দেওয়া হলঃ

পেইড আপ ক্যাপিটালঃ ১৮০ কোটি ৩২ লক্ষ টাকা।
মোট শেয়ার সংখ্যাঃ ১৮ কোটি ৩ লক্ষ ২০ হাজার।
শেয়ার প্রতি প্রিমিয়ামঃ ১৪২.৫০ টাকা।
প্রিমিয়াম সহ প্রতি শেয়ারের মূল্যঃ ১৫২.৫০ টাকা
প্রিমিয়াম সহ শেয়ারের মোট মূল্যঃ ২৭৪৯.৮৮ কোটি টাকা।

যদি ইস্যু মূল্যের ১০% বেশী ধরে বাজার মূল্য হিসাব করি  তাহলে এর মূল্য দাঁড়াবে ১৬৭.৮০ টাকা।  তাহলে বাজার মূলধন দাঁড়াবে ৩০২৫.৭৬ কোটি টাকা। বাজারের অন্য সকল শেয়ারের মূল্য স্থির ধরে এই মূল্যে সূচকের মাত্রা কি হবে তা একটু হিসাব করা যাকঃ

০৬ মার্চের দিনশেষে বাজার মূলধনঃ ২৫৫১৭০.০৪কোটি টাকা,
ইক্যুইটি মূলধন ২০৪২২৭.৭৮ কোটি টাকা
জেড ক্যাটাগরী শেয়ারের ইক্যুইটি মূলধনঃ ২০০০০ কোটি টাকা (আনুমানিক)
এ,বি ও এন ক্যাটাগরীর শেয়ারের বাজার মূলধনঃ ১৮৪২২৭.৭৮ কোটি টাকা।
০৬ মার্চের দিনশেষে সূচকঃ ৫৫৩৬.৯১


এমজেএল এর ইক্যুইটি মূলধন সহ ০৭ মার্চের দিনশেষে বাজার মূলধনঃ (১৮৪২২৭.৭৮+৩০২৫.৭৬)কোটি টাকা বা ১৮৭২৫৩.৫৪ কোটি টাকা।

তাহলে ০৭ মার্চ দিনশেষে ডিএসই গাধারণ মূল্য সূচক দাঁড়াবেঃ

সমাপ্তি বাজার মূলধন X প্রারম্ভিক সূচক
---------------------------------- = ৫৬২৭, অর্থাৎ এমজেএল প্রায় ১০০ পয়েন্ট যোগ করবে।

No need to get an news in DSE website. It was predeclared that MJL will launch on 7th march 2011.

Its an asumption. Market Capital has been found by multiplying paid up capital with expected market price.

I have a question.

We all know DSE GEN index fell from 9000 to present 5500+/-.  Now after dividents of all or recent stocks the prices are being adjusted. How this will affect the DSE GEN index.  If it affects the index then at what index we can say mkt has reach back to 9000.

Thanks. It will affect very little as already the market capital of  the stocks are counted. For an example, NBL closed at 160, before record day, They declared 95% stock dividend. The day after record date, the adjusted price will be 160/1.95=82.05 Taka. But it was traded at 60 Taka, so ultimately market capital is going down because of its price fall. If it would be traded 90 Taka, that would include its market capital 10%, and it would increase a little point to the index.

JML will create a problem, if it is not stooped yet. Azam J Choudhury is another culprit, convened SEC to get high price.  Be careful from JML.
