Has anyone taken longer than 8 weeks to see any relief in knees, burning feet and mental fuzziness? Moms tumor was removed successfully and all staff was  so kind and courteous. Her tumor was about ten yrs old and output was 1947 units. 4 weeks post op and labs came back normal.YAY! Yet she is in pain 24/7 having to live with me since she can't take care of herself. What is going on?Has anyone taken this long, but still found recovery after a while? We have now gone to Mayo's  numerous departments and they find nothing. Once Dr. suggested the PTH damage might not go away, that she may have to learn to live life through pain management. Could it be true that sometimes you have a tumor so long that the pain doesn't ever go away?
