I'm just about to buy a Rider 35 and I have read the manual and created an account on the Bryton website. I'm a bit confused about the Heart rate training zones though. In the manual, it says the Rider 35 has 5 zones set up.
1 = very light: 50-60% up to
5 = max: 90-100%
However, on the website, personal settings has 7 training zones - with the percentage boundaries being configurable.
If I set up personal training plans on the website, when I'm following a plan, will the device show which of the 7 zones as set on the website I'm currently in - or one of the 5 zones preset?
