Just installed a factory refurbed (still in the plastic from rockford) 3sixty.2. I cannot see it from the bluetooth on my laptop.  The red light on the unit flashes red and goes to solid red after a few seconds. I have tried rebooting and resetting the 3sixty.2 with no luck.  I have also tried another laptop.  
Any suggestions?

as far as the light thats normal it only goes blue when it senses bluetooth... why u cant see it idk u using the same bluetooth or dongle on both laptops? win xp?

using windows 7 with bluetooth built in to the laptop.  When I initially looked for the bluetooth device I saw what I am assuming was the 3sixty.  It was labeled "other device"  I believe.  I tried to add the device but it didn't communicate and now I am not seeing it at all.

mine did the same. add the device and pair with it. code should be 0000. if not hit PIN rest then try again.
