Im a deployed soldier in Afghanistan and would love to have your help to make my deployment a little less SUCKING! I bought the xclamp kit and watched how to fix the 3 rrod. after completing every task I found my self stuck on where you heat up the CPU. I left my xbox 360 on for the 30 mins and the 3 red lights were still blinking. I thought that it might take a little more time so I left it on all night and it still cold to the touch. can you help me out. thanks you!

Did you let the fan blow against the CPU heatsink,BUT NOT TO GPU,to heat the GPU only?I fix 5 or 6 boxes and let GPU heated for 45 to 55 minutes.And what secondary error do you have?
